Mainly used in the production of polyester polyester, polyester resin, hygroscopic agents, plasticizers, surfactants, synthetic fibers, cosmetics, and explosives, and as solvents for dyes/inks, antifreeze agents for engines, gas dehydrating agents, manufacturing resins, and can also be used as wetting agents for glass paper, fibers, leather, and adhesives.
