CAS 61413-69-2 Chlorinated Palm Oil Methyl Ester Solvent Plasticizer Replaces 
 
Chlorinated palm oil methyl ester plasticizer is a new type of plasticizer, which is generated by ester exchange reaction between natural oils and alcohols, followed by halogenation reaction. It is a composite plasticizer with high molecular weight, good compatibility with PVC, and excellent plasticizing effect. It is flame resistant, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly. Due to its ester structure, this product can replace octyl phthalate and butyl phthalate as plasticizers, with a substitution amount of up to 30% -50%. It also contains halogen elements, which can replace chlorinated paraffin and phosphate esters to improve the flame retardancy and electrical insulation of the product.

Main use: This product can replace dioctyl phthalate and dibutyl phthalate. It has the characteristics of light color, high plasticizing efficiency, good compatibility, low volatility, low exudation, high thermal stability index, cold and migration resistance, not easy oxidation and volatilization, excellent flame retardant performance, and low price. Compared with dibutyl phthalate and dioctyl ester, it has low cost and uses synthetic plant esters to produce products with superior softness, toughness, glossiness, and odor compared to other similar plasticizers.

Rubber carpets, sealing strips, rolled leather and PVC floor leather, plastic hoses, PVC pellets, and other PVC plastic products.

This product is a type of high molecular weight product produced by natural oils and fats undergoing lipid exchange reaction with alcohols, followed by chlorination reaction. It has good compatibility with PCV, excellent plasticizing effect, flame resistance, non toxicity, and environmental protection. Due to its ester structure, it can replace dioctyl phthalate and dibutyl phthalate as plasticizers. At the same time, it contains chlorinelement, which can replace chlorinated paraffin and improve the flame retardancy and electrical insulation of the product. It is suitable for use in the PVC field, plastic tracks, silicone PU adhesives, PVC hoses, cable material particles, PVC artificial leather, plastics and sealing strips, as well as paper additives and coatings, polyurethane foaming auxiliary plasticizers, and other industries.
