Dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP) is a high-performance environmental plasticizer, which is prepared by esterification of terephthalic acid and 2-ethylhexanol. It has stable molecular structure, excellent migration resistance, low temperature resistance, aging resistance and electrical insulation performance. It also complies with international environmental protection regulations , and does not contain phthalates. It is an ideal substitute for traditional plasticizers (such as dop/dehp).
